Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (INDIA)

1. As all outfits are made-to-order , we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Shipping timelines may be slightly dealyed by the shipping aprties during peak festive and wedding seasons .
3. Estimated delivery time is 13-15 working days excluding weekends (can take longer during festive and wedding seasons, please check banner for ETA before placing your orders).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE INDIA)

1. We do not provide COD (Cash on delivery) for International orders. Customers will have to make online payment.
2. Estimated delivery time will be 15 to 18 working days(can take longer during festive and wedding seasons, please check banner for ETA before placing your orders)
3. Tracking details will be shared on your given number.
4. Courier partner will make 2 attempts for delivery at your doorstep.
5. DHL Express is our courier partner.
6. Please note, import duties and taxes will be borne by customers at the time of delivery.
7. All international cards are accepted.
8. Our mode of trade in the international market is CFR which is cost and freight paid by customers during order booking.
9. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted for International Orders.
